Silver and Gold...

A much smaller box arrived today:

What could possibly be in such a small box you ask? Lot of silver and gold!!

Finally got those english stirrups for my racing saddles!

All kinds of goodies to make new saddles with. I don't know when I will get time to make them with deadline for papers and such so near but at least I have the supplies now. I may have to sneak in some time for a fancy show halter....

All tacked up

Here is a saddle set I made last year on Constellation. I am itching to start making something new but have no idea when I will have the chance. Maybe with my winter break I will have some time. I can always work piece by piece on something. When I think of an idea I'll be sure to blog about it.

She really has the most wonderful face, it is a shame they didn't leave her just a bay color. I will probably be taking her with me to the show next month. I may cut out some of the Stone horses like three of my TBs. I don't want to get overwhelmed with all the horses to take! I will start giving them show names and breeds this week. I got some help from some friends that have shown before so now I've got some research to do!

Constellation

A new Roxy arrived today via UPS and her face is so pretty! I really like this mold and have four of them so far. This conga is continually growing! I don't really care for Spot On though so she probably won't make it onto my shelves.....and speaking of shelves I need more of them!

Novi Equestrian Expo

I will be entering my first ever model horse show next week in Novi. I'm pretty excited about it and know which models I plan on taking. I've never done this before so I have NO IDEA what I'm doing!! Advice would really be helpful! Today's blog will showcase who I plan on taking with me.

Affirmative
Fontana
Bet Yer Blue Boons
Mariah's Boon
Custom Le Fire
Patchen Beauty
Hayes
Mr. Grinch
Pepe Le Pepper
Miranda
Ruby
Griffin
Manea
Walnut
Masquerade
Ouachita
Wickham
Can anyone suggest good breeds for all of these beauties? Some of them I have an idea of like Affirmative, he would obviously be a Thoroughbred because he is modeled after the real Affirmed. I am not sure about Manea because I would like to send her back to get her tail repaired. I am also debating about putting anyone in performance. I'm just not sure if any of the tack I have would measure up to others. But who knows?

BEHIND THE SCENES: Lol, Jake took most of the pictures :)
