The very last of my show horses made it today all the way from Sandy in Colorado. She has the cutest face and fits her name perfectly!

look at that chin!

I also got some leather stamps in the mail from Tandy. They include a star and a basket weave. It turns out I don't have to go all the way to Grand Rapids to visit a Tandy store, they have one not too far from Ypsilanti which is great!

I have found time to work on some tack as well. I don't have completed pictures of the halter up yet but here are some work in progress pictures.

Root, root, root for the home team

 This week's Stone OOAKs were all named after baseball players and nearly all of them were Detroit Tigers!! I'm not a baseball fan by any means but I am getting swept up in the excitement of the Tigers going to the World Series. And with hockey still in a lockout (and I don't even want to explain all that crap) I gotta feel love for Detroit somewhere. Here's a look at who they had:

I was totally blown away at how many of the OOAKs were Tigers, I know they are in the World Series but it is nice to see names you hear about all the time up on the Stone site. So Kudos to you guys for doing your homework!
